Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from contracts concluded online according to applicable consumer protection laws.
A consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction primarily for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
The withdrawal rights described below apply depending on the type of product purchased.
1. Withdrawal Right for Physical Products
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins:
on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods;
or, in the case of multiple goods delivered separately, on the day on which you receive the final item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement.

2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs where applicable.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has been expressly agreed.
3. Return of Physical Products
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.
Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Customers are encouraged to use a tracked shipping service when returning products, as the customer remains responsible for ensuring that returned goods reach the Seller safely.
Returned products should be in a condition suitable for inspection.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, products should be returned clean, complete and with all original components included.
4. Return Procedure and Return Address
Before returning a product, customers should contact us so that the return can be properly processed.
Please include your order information or another clear reference that allows us to identify the returned product.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning the item so we can provide appropriate assistance.
5. Digital Products and Online Courses
Digital products provided by Jiv Jago Studio may include:
online courses;
video lessons;
tutorials;
digital training materials;
downloadable resources.
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content.
However, the withdrawal right may expire when:
you expressly agree that we may begin providing the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period;
you acknowledge that by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has begun;
the digital content has been made available to you.
This consent and acknowledgement are collected during the checkout process before access is provided.
6. Products Combining Physical Goods and Digital Content
If you purchase a bundle containing both physical goods and digital content, such as the Jiv Jago Yoga Rope Kit together with the online Rope Course, the withdrawal rights apply separately to each component.
The physical product remains subject to the statutory withdrawal period described above.
Access to digital content may begin immediately after purchase if you expressly agree to immediate access and acknowledge that your withdrawal right for the digital content expires once access has begun, where legally permitted.
The withdrawal right for the physical product is not affected by the customer's access to digital content.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply where legally excluded.
This may include:
digital content that has already been fully provided after the customer has expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights;
products made according to customer specifications or clearly personalised products, where applicable under consumer protection law.
8. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has been expressly agreed.
No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
