These Terms and Conditions apply to:

future educational offerings provided through the website.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Services

Jiv Jago Studio offers physical and digital products designed to support personal movement practice, yoga education and body awareness.

Small variations in handmade products, including colour, texture, dimensions, knots or appearance, do not constitute a defect where the functionality of the product remains unaffected.

Jiv Jago Studio yoga rope systems are designed for yoga, mobility, stretching and movement practices.

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe use of the product.

Before each practice, the customer must:

inspect ropes and components;

check knots and attachment points;

ensure the installation remains secure;

follow all safety instructions provided.

The customer is responsible for:

selecting a suitable wall or mounting structure;

using appropriate hardware;

ensuring correct installation;

maintaining and inspecting the equipment regularly.

Professional installation assessment is recommended where appropriate.

The product must not be used:

as climbing equipment;

for unsafe swinging movements;

with damaged components;

after unauthorised modifications;

outside its intended purpose.

If any part appears damaged or unsafe, use must be discontinued immediately.

7. Physical Practice and Personal Responsibility

Yoga and movement practices involve physical activity and personal responsibility.

Customers are responsible for:

respecting their own physical limitations;

choosing appropriate exercises;

practising with awareness;

stopping when experiencing pain, dizziness, numbness or discomfort.

Jiv Jago Studio products and educational materials are not medical treatments and do not replace professional medical advice.

Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new physical practice when necessary.

8. Digital Products and Online Courses

Digital products include:

online courses;

video lessons;

tutorials;

downloadable materials;

educational resources.

The customer receives a personal, limited, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased content.

Digital products are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

Customers may not:

share login credentials;

transfer access to another person;

copy or reproduce course materials;

record or redistribute videos;

sell or sublicense content;

use the material for commercial teaching purposes without written permission.

The Seller reserves the right to suspend access in cases of unauthorised use or violation of these Terms.

9. User Accounts and Access
