Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Our Commitment
At Jiv Jago Studio, we carefully prepare every Yoga Rope System by hand.
We want you to feel confident and supported throughout your experience with our products and digital offerings.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
1. Returns for Physical Products
For physical products, including the Jiv Jago Yoga Rope System, customers may request a return according to the applicable statutory withdrawal rights.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
2. Condition of Returned Products
Returned products should be:
complete;
clean;
safely packaged;
in a condition suitable for inspection.
Customers may inspect the product in the same way they would in a physical store.
Any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may affect the refund amount where legally applicable.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly delivered, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning physical products.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
4. Refund Process
Once a returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless another method has been agreed.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide:
your order number;
a description of the issue;
photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.
We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include:
replacement of the product;
repair where possible;
refund where applicable.
6. Digital Products and Online Courses
Digital products, including online courses, video lessons and educational materials, are delivered electronically.
Once access to digital content has begun after the customer has:
expressly requested immediate access;
acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right for digital content;
refunds may no longer be available for the digital content where legally permitted.
This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Bundles Containing Physical and Digital Products
For bundles containing both physical products and digital content, such as the Jiv Jago Yoga Rope Kit together with the Online Rope Course, each component is treated according to its nature.
The physical product remains subject to applicable return and withdrawal rules.
Digital content access may become non-refundable once access has started with the customer's required consent.
8. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, please contact us and we will assist you with the available options.
