At the center of the system is the included 10-video Beginner Practice Course with unlimited lifetime access 🎉 designed to guide you step by step through setup, foundational positions, safe use and effective practice. The course helps you build confidence with the ropes and understand how to integrate them into your own movement routine at home.
Inspired by traditional rope wall practices and adapted for modern home use, this handcrafted system allows you to safely explore support, traction, opening, alignment and body awareness beyond floor-based movement.
Each set is assembled manually using thick braided cotton rope selected for comfort and durability.
